Designer for Suppliers: I spent years within major equipment manufacturers and rolling stock producers, notably as Designer and Project Manager at Alstom and Manager of Electrical Engineering at Downer RTS, where I concretely designed and specified high-efficiency traction systems and energy storage solutions for electric buses and rail rolling stock. I possess a thorough understanding of the technical constraints, European and international standards, performance limits, and production realities of equipment suppliers.

Consultant for Operators and Transport Network Owners: Armed with this internal knowledge, and after having spent 3 years within the international consulting group SNC Lavalin to refine technical excellence, I now act as your independent consultant, capable of conducting the most in-depth technical reviews and drafting the most precise specifications. I know where the risks lie, thereby ensuring that your suppliers' proposals are optimal, reliable, and aligned with your long-term objectives.
